Return Policy We have a "No Questions Asked" return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order you can return them for a full refund anytime within 10 days of receiving your jewelry. We can not offer a refund or exchange after 10 days. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges (including insurance) when returning Wholly Grail Gems jewelry. Shipping And Handling: Shipping and handling are added automatically and will be charged at various amounts at check out. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed and shipped within 72 hours after the beginning of the following Monday morning (or the next business day). Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday). Orders received on a holiday will be processed within 72 hours after the beginning of the next business day. Sales Tax Orders shipped to an address in the state of Texas must pay a Texas Sales Tax. This is added to your order when you check out. Orders shipped to other states do not pay a sales tax. |  |
